The terms for using the SysCap open beta, in plain language.

Using SysCap

During the open beta you may install and use SysCap free of charge, at home or at work, on as many computers as you like. You may give the unmodified installer or zip file to others. You may not sell SysCap, change it, or remove its notices.

After the beta

When version 1.0 is released, SysCap will remain free to use, and some advanced features will require a paid SysCap Pro license. The version you have keeps working as it is.

No warranty

SysCap is beta software provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. It reads information about your files, programs and connections and does not change them, but you use it at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any damage or loss resulting from its use.

Other software

SysCap includes software by others under their own licenses, listed in THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.md in SysCap's folder. The installer is made with Inno Setup.
